Sky finance is Established in 2017 and became one of the leading vehicle financing firms in Egypt with a network over 500 dealership and distributor in greater Cairo and Alexandria serving a wide customer’s segments of the automotive market.

Our distribution channels are located in four main districts, Misr Al Ghadedah (Cairo), Zayed Business park (Giza), Alexandria and Mansoura.
Since the FRA has issued the consumer finance law number 18 in year 2020, Sky finance has decided to Introduce its services to wider market segments through full-fledged financial solutions with a most innovative and convenient techniques.
“Sky Mobile application” is a unique enabling platform by which empowers the customer immediate credit through hassle-free digital underwriting process which convert the customer into an actual buyer to several products and services, meanwhile offering the customer the ability to review the historical transactions and choose the most convenient repayment plan.

About SKY Finance

• SKY Finance Company "SKY" (Originator and Service) ("the Company') was established in 2017. The Company provides auto finance and insurance products, whereby it acquires vehicles from its sister company B-Auto Car Trading or third parties and sells them directly to the end-users on installments.

• The Company has a wide sales network base, which is currently focused mainly on Greater Cairo, Alexandria, and Mansoura. There are plans to expand the sales network base by adding two new branches in West Cairo and the Delta area. Future expansion plans include Upper Egypt and the Red Sea region. With average monthly sales of EGP 25 million, the key competitive factor in the auto finance business is speed. The company's main focus is achieving the shortest possible approval and delivery time.

• With an average car price of EGP 500,000, the portfolio at the moment consists predominantly of middle end consumers.

• Sky is currently competing with the other auto finance companies in the market such as Contact-Auto, Drive, and Rawaj but is also facing competition from the banking sector..

Why Sky Finance

• SKY Finance has an authorized capital of EGP 200 million and a paid in and issued capital of EGP 35 million distributed over 350,000 shares, up from EGP 20 million in 2021. The company is a family-owned business. The family investments started in 2008 with the establishment of a car trading company B-Auto Car Trading, which was followed by Sky Finance (the auto finance arm) in 2017. The family has an ambitious plan to grow its business activities beyond trading, and expand into other non-bank financial services (consumer finance, leasing and insurance brokerage), as well as marketing and business services.

• In December 2020, SKY Finance successfully applied for and obtained a consumer finance license from the Financial Regulatory Authority. The company, however, is still focused on the auto finance business, as well as expanding its portfolio to other high ticket products, and is yet to start penetrating the consumer finance market.

• It is worth noting that the group is currently undergoing a major restructuring, with all internal policies, processes and procedures being reviewed, rewritten and enhanced. The organizational structure is also being revamped with the goal of transforming the group from a family-owned business into a well-institutionalized corporate entity.
